How can get Baler..??
Question I ask my self. So much thankful when my cousin ask me if I want to explore baler, since I am a backpacker traveler and not yet explore baler. At first I'am hesitate because I wanted to see Calaguas, Calaguas is located at Naga Bicol Region.

Where is baler how many hour of travel, what I must see in baler.? lots of question came in my mind, since I heard baler is surfer capital, they have falls and beaches that hide.
Leave Manila Around 3 Am in the morning April 2, 2015 and we arrived at around 11PM..and we headed to out first destination the MOTHER FALLS.

MOTHER FALLS one of the tourist spot in baler after less 30 min of hike, you can jump on the falls and stay for 30 Min's water falls at the end of your hike, their is a small lagoon on up hill. The water are so cold, So when you are hike in mother falls bring your bikini/trunks, so that you can jump on the water after your hike.

 

Hike to the falls, make sure you bring some water to avoid dehydration.

Hike going to the Mother falls Baler , It take less 30 min hike and your eyes can mesmerize, this nice view.

  

THE MOTHER FALLS

 

After mother falls we go headed to the beach part, where we can camp for evening and prepare for our dinner time. We stay at Belen beach club, its a little far, due all beach front is fully book during summer. So no option, we need to find a place, we can put our tent to sleep. 

 

Our friend MJ busy taken pics when we arrived at the beach, the waves is big, not so good for beginners suffer.

Assembling our tent. hope no rain. because the water go up and be flood. The wave is big in this area unlike on the beach front. But still lucky we find a place to put our tent we pay only 100 per tent.  If you don't have a tent you can rent only 300.00 pesos only.

I never tried to be a commuters going to baler, so sorry guys I don't have any Idea how much the total cost. Base what we do, its hard if you bring your vehicles compare to the buss. we headed and pass in the mountain, that takes our travel consumed lots of time. and rough roads, under repair roads and lots of zigzag road. But maybe after years the road will be fine. But see below hope it helps.

El nido Palawan

El Nido Palawan Philippines is a place to treasures.

Most Pilipino people love to travel, Beach, Club and most love family and cultures, So its not possible to treasure this Islands.Lots of foreign people visited this wonderful island from Korea, China, USA, United Kingdom, Europe.The place is cool and relaxing. Just prefer thousand in pesos and u rich and feel the warm breath of air.

Transportation From Manila to Puerto Prensisa Plawan.
The easy way and fastest way visit this beautiful place a plane. You can book online trough Cebupacific, Zest Air, Philippine Airlines, Airphil Express and Fly seair through Tiger airways. For further info you can check thier online booking for cheapest rate. Arrival at the airport for cheapest and backpacking traveler, just take a walk out on the airport, their is lots of passenger bike (Trycicle) because transport at the airport o Princesa Airport to San jose terminal market they charge you 150 or 200 pesos.For cheapest ride see Below details.

Cheapest or Backpackers Ride:

I suggest take a walk and ride to main city you pay 15.00 only.
Then Ride to Mini Jeepney Going to San Jose Buss terminal going to El nido Palawan you pay only 12.00 each sometimes they get 15.00 pesos only.

Arrival at the San Jose Terminal find the roro buss they can help you going to Elnido Palawan. You should be early as you can. Transportation schedule going to el nido is From 4:00Am in the morning and 10:00 Pm in the evening that was last trip. Make sure you be their 1 and half hour, to make sure you get the ride with them. Sometimes if lots of passenger, not 100% they can offer you a chair even you are early than 2 hours before either. Roro buss is best going to El nido than the Van. Some of my tourist friends complaining about the seat, its so tight and you can move and very disapointing.From San Jose to El nido take 5 to 6 hours it defends on the buss driver if he will pick up some passenger on buss stop. Cost 600.00 to 800. When arrived in Buss terminal be sure to reserve seat to avoid hazzle.


Note: Don't believe some driver saying the roro buss is cancelled, drivers looking for passenger that they can drive through to el nido with special trip, and they charge you so expensive.


Guest house to stay:


The Place we stay is courtesy and effort of our friend too. Place are okay for me but i wanted near town and no hazzle for transpo.but so far quiet simple and okay. A little disapoointing for the web says.. its B&B Greenviews im thinking its Bed and breakfast so thinking free breakfast but its not. So your goin to pay for the breakfast for 200/230/250 will not good for me personally. Im not againts their business but this is information and awareness to my fellow travellers. No one can say no for free or for good treats. Yes we are!!! No question at all just follow what my friends booked :-)

Some Place to stay in El nido:

1. Greenview:

Visiting Greenview is remind me seing Cat ang dogs are friends, lots dogs around also.

In front of Greenview resort. The place is cool not a five star, its BinB but look not breakfast in bed. Food are good, but for one person for full breakfast and cost 200.00 will for me need more variety of food to choose. To save some money you can take a ride near in public market, you have lots of variety of food to choose and you can ask if they can cook fresh sea foods or fish for lunch.

During Sunrice you can see those mountain facing the sun so great to watch it.

Taken some food to eat after  island hopping, Thier a store here you can order simple food to eat, sandwishes, cookies, Fresh buko juices. its little expensive but it give you satisfaction being hungry and thirsty.

Walking some creek going to the Hot spring. We are lost here...we walk and we walk some guide said the road are close but lucky we still found the place.

So Much empress because she admired her town, but some are not. Airport is not big but clean and harmonic. at the side their is picture of the governor. I ask her information about the town very will said, she bring me to the VIP room for delegates employee arrive, small area but good, she advices me how much transportation cost even I already have ideas about their culture.

From airport take a little walk after you pass by airport gate. Tricycle who pick up passenger for cost 10 pesos only. Don't take trcycle at the front of exit area they cost double,sometimes it cost 50.00 or $1.16 sometimes they offer you day tour on their city cost 350.00 or $ 8.14 going to Codon port go in to Caramoan Island. If you budget is fit, I advice take the Tricycle for saving enough money.

Virac Church

Virac Church found in town, Since my time is not enough, no time to explore inside and look around. The church is almost old and looks like bato church also

             From Airport I advice the tricycle driver to Rackdell hotel since this is the hotel the cheapest and good hotel I search on net. even a little dismay about the refund or cancellation. NOTE: The hotel not allowed cancelled or refund or less percent for cancel. Once you check in and you change your mind lucky if they refund. Lady refund me a 100.00 pesos for cancel check in amount 350.00 for fan room.

Being Virac nothing to worry about have accessible ATM machine BDO and Landbank and it is along the town near Jollibee and Catanduanes Inn.

               Since my plan is going to caramoan Island I advice the tricycle driver to wait me because he will be drop me off at Codon port, but since he charge me to 350.00 will I refuse, he drop me at terminal cost 50.00 pesos.

Nothing to worry going back to Virac Island.
Wait for the buses drop by 2x a day only make sure not to be late from 10: am and 4 pm only. or else pay tricycle for almost 550.00 going virac if your alone.

Arrival to virac terminal you can walk along on their sea side port..and don't forget visited the sea breeze restaurant. I love the Place fee WiFi and indulge the sea food and fresh buko juice..

They serve last as long their is a customer sometimes they open 24 hour.

The place is quite and love to hear a breeze of air from the sea

When visiting virac don't forget visit the oldest Church in bato. I love the place hope someday the goverment and department of tourism organize the banka parade during fiesta..because of wide lake connecting on the sea..Returning in virac town, wait for tricycle pass by you pay only 20.00 pesos or wait jeepney . that is the cheapest transportation going back to virac.

Note: don't take special trip or else they charge you 100.00 pesos or more. But wondering if their is beautiful beach or falls found next municipal. in Caramoan, and Pandan. Maybe someday if i have time to come back I look forward visiting Pandan and Caramoran.
